Zgłoś logotyp raz, aby po opracowaniu i akceptacji zamawiać go wielokrotnie z biblioteki. Ten przewodnik prowadzi przez siedem sekcji formularza.

Dodanie logotypu nie jest zamówieniem

Przekazujesz materiały i dane do przygotowania produktu. Unipatch opracowuje logotyp, a wskazana osoba go akceptuje. Dopiero zaakceptowany produkt można zamawiać on demand lub objąć forecastem.

Zanim zaczniesz

01

Wybierz cel zgłoszenia

Choose what happens next

Ekran wyboru: Submit a new logo lub Ask for a quotation
Rys. 1. Dwie ścieżki w zakładce Logo. Zaznaczona jest opcja Submit a new logo.

Submit a new logo — dodanie do biblioteki

Przekazujesz dane i pliki, a zespół Unipatch przygotowuje produkt.

Ask for a quotation — szybka, samodzielna wycena

02

Nazwij i uporządkuj logotyp

Project identity

Pola Project name, Product Ref number i Product category
Rys. 2. Nazwa, numer referencyjny i kategoria identyfikują logotyp w bibliotece.

Project name — nazwa logotypu

Nadaj czytelną nazwę własną, np. nazwę klubu lub akademii. Dodaj informację odróżniającą wariant, jeżeli jest potrzebna, np. Akademia FC Example – herb 75 × 100 mm.

Product Ref number — numer referencyjny

Product category — miejsce w katalogu

Wybierz pasującą kategorię z listy. Drzewo zawęża widok w Shop, np. kraj > liga > klub > akademia; możliwe są też kategorie ogólne. Produkt może należeć do kilku kategorii — dodatkowe przypisania opisz w uwagach.

Kategorie i podkategorie tworzy oraz edytuje wyłącznie Unipatch, aby zachować spójną hierarchię. Prośbę o nową gałąź wraz z opisem całej ścieżki wyślij na support@unipatch.shop. Po dodaniu kategoria pozostaje dostępna do kolejnych zgłoszeń.

03

Wybierz Standard lub Blocker

Choose a product template

Dwie karty: Standard print i Blocker print
Rys. 3.

Próbka tkaniny z nadrukiem z blokerem i bez blokera
Rys. 4.

Planowana rozbudowa: kolejne szablony obejmą m.in. transfer hybrydowy — kolory drukowane cyfrowym offsetem, a warstwy nadające cechy termotransferowe sitodrukiem.

04

Wpisz wymiary i policz kolory

Size and visible colors

Pola Width, Height i Visible non-white colors
Rys. 5. Przykład: 75 mm szerokości, 100 mm wysokości i 2 widoczne kolory inne niż biały.

Width (mm) to docelowa szerokość, a Height (mm) to docelowa wysokość gotowego logotypu, w milimetrach. Najpierw wybierz szablon produktu w sekcji 3, aby móc uzupełnić liczbę kolorów.

Policz kolory, które widzisz. Biały pomiń.

W polu Visible non-white colors wpisz liczbę różnych kolorów logotypu poza białym. Jeżeli logo jest wyłącznie białe, wpisz 0. Nie doliczaj koloru odzieży ani przezroczystego tła.

Jak liczyć — przykłady

PrzykładCo liczymyWpisz
Borussia DortmundCzarny + żółty2

05

Przypisz kolory Pantone

Artwork colors

Sekcja 5 rozwija dane z poprzedniego kroku.

Lista Artwork colors z zablokowanymi warstwami White, Blocker, Clear
Rys. 6. Dwa kolory do wyboru oraz trzy stałe warstwy szablonu Blocker.

Co oznaczają zablokowane pozycje?

White to biała warstwa.

Choose supported Pantone color

W pokazanej wersji portal zawiera 2135 kolorów Pantone. Licznik „200 color(s) shown” oznacza początkową liczbę wyświetlonych pozycji, a nie wielkość całej biblioteki. Przewijaj w dół, aby zobaczyć kolejne.

Wynik wyszukiwania 485 pokazujący cztery kolory Pantone
Rys. 8.

Wybrane kolory PANTONE 485 C i PANTONE 116 C
Rys. 9. Przykład wyboru PANTONE 485 C i PANTONE 116 C; Change color pozwala zmienić wybór.

HEX to szesnastkowy zapis składowych RGB używany w internecie do wyświetlania koloru.

Jeżeli koloru brakuje na liście, opisz go w sekcji 6 i zgłoś do support@unipatch.shop.

Biblioteka kolorów jest powiązana z biblioteką receptur. Unipatch zachowuje tę samą recepturę i składniki przy kolejnych realizacjach, aby utrzymywać powtarzalność koloru.

Comment for our team

Pole komentarza i przycisk Save configuration
Rys. 10.

Gdy brakuje wymaganego Pantone

Możesz tymczasowo wybrać zbliżony kolor, ale obowiązkowo wskaż w komentarzu pełny docelowy numer Pantone i wiersz, którego dotyczy. Wyślij też prośbę na support@unipatch.shop. Unipatch doda brakujący kolor w ciągu 24 godzin i poprawi konfigurację podczas opracowywania logotypu.

Przykład komentarza

Kolor 1: docelowo PANTONE [pełne oznaczenie]. Nie znalazłem tego koloru w bibliotece. Wybrany kolor jest wyłącznie tymczasowy. Proszę dodać właściwy kolor i poprawić konfigurację przed przesłaniem do akceptacji.

Save configuration — krok obowiązkowy

Kliknij Save configuration.

4. ZamawianieDopiero po akceptacji zostaje odblokowane zamawianie on demand i forecastowanie.

Jeżeli zauważysz błąd, zgłoś go przed zatwierdzeniem.

Lista kontrolna i pomoc

Przed zakończeniem sprawdź

  1. Nazwa i dotychczasowy numer referencyjny są prawidłowe.
  2. Wybrano właściwy produkt, kategorię i wymiary w milimetrach.

How to add a new logo to Unipatch

A step-by-step guide for Unisport users to the Submit a new logo form in the Logo area.

Submit a logo once so that, after preparation and approval, you can reorder it from the library. This guide takes you through all seven sections of the form.

Submitting a logo is not placing an order

You provide the artwork and specifications needed to prepare a product. Unipatch prepares the logo and an authorised person approves it. Only an approved product can be ordered on demand or used for forecasting.

Before you begin

Sign in to the dedicated unipatch.shop portal and open Logo. Have the logo name and reference number, finished dimensions, garment information, Pantone references and the best available artwork files ready.

The portal continues to develop. The layout and some labels may change. This guide retains the on-screen English field and button names so that you can find them easily.

01

Choose the purpose of your request

Choose what happens next

Selection screen: Submit a new logo or Ask for a quotation
Fig. 1. Two routes in the Logo area. Submit a new logo is selected.

Submit a new logo — build the library

Choose this option for logos that will be ordered repeatedly: club crests, academy logos, sponsor logos or ongoing projects. You supply the specifications and files; the Unipatch team prepares the product. Unisport users do not publish products themselves.

This route does not yet create an order or a quotation. You can gradually submit logos already held by Unisport, even when no immediate production is required.

Ask for a quotation — an immediate self-service quote

This is a separate tool that generates a quote from the parameters you enter, without adding a product to the library. Use it before the customer makes a decision or while a logo is being prepared. You do not need to wait for a manual reply from Unipatch; artwork does not have to be production-ready at the quotation stage.

One-off logos

Send requests for a single event, anniversary or non-repeating series to orders@unipatch.shop. They are quoted individually and should not clutter the logo library.

02

Name and organise the logo

Project identity

Project name, Product Ref number and Product category fields
Fig. 2. The name, reference number and category identify the logo in the library.

Project name

Enter a clear name, such as the club or academy name. Add a distinguishing detail where useful, for example FC Example Academy – crest 75 x 100 mm.

Product Ref number

Enter exactly the same reference number already used by Unisport. For a logo without one, assign an identifier using Unisport's numbering rules. This supports consistent identification and future system integration and automated ordering.

Important: use a reference for every logo

The form does not currently enforce this field, but we strongly recommend completing it for every logo. Do not replace an existing reference with a new number just for this form.

Product category

Select the appropriate existing category. The tree narrows the Shop view, for example country > league > club > academy; general categories may also be used. A product can belong to several categories; describe any additional assignments in the comments.

Only Unipatch creates and edits categories and subcategories, keeping the hierarchy consistent. Send the proposed full category path to support@unipatch.shop. Once added, the category remains available for subsequent submissions.

03

Choose Standard or Blocker

Choose a product template

Two cards: Standard print and Blocker print
Fig. 3. The available spot-colour transfer templates and their built-in layers.

At this stage, choose the product to be prepared. The two current options are spot-colour transfers, screen printed one colour at a time.

OptionWhen to choose it
Standard printNo dye-blocking layer. A lower-cost option for cotton, white undyed polyester, and low-polyester blends once the absence of migration risk has been confirmed.
Blocker printIncludes an additional dye-blocking layer. The default recommendation for coloured polyester and dye-sublimated fabrics commonly used in sportswear.

Blocker is not automatically the better choice for every garment. Its additional cost is justified where protection against dye migration is needed.

Not sure which option to choose?

Do not judge migration risk from the garment's appearance alone. Discuss the fabric composition and type with support@unipatch.shop.

Why a dye blocker may be needed

Dye migration — a practical example

Dye migration is the movement of dye from the fabric into the print. On coloured polyester, heat can release dye and discolour a transfer, for example turning a white print pink.

Fabric sample printed with and without a dye blocker
Fig. 4. Comparison sample. The 140°C / 12 s label applies to this test; it is not a universal application instruction.

Left: without blocker

Pink discolouration is visible in the white print over the red parts of the fabric.

Right: with blocker

In this example, the white print has retained its colour with the dye-blocking layer.

Protection, not an unconditional guarantee

A blocker reduces migration risk, but cannot guarantee 100% protection on every fabric. Highly mobile dyes or fabric-finishing issues can exceed its protective capability. For an unfamiliar or problematic fabric, contact support@unipatch.shop and agree an application test.

Planned extension: further templates will include hybrid transfers, with colours printed by digital offset and heat-transfer functional layers applied by screen printing. This option is not yet available in the form shown.

04

Enter dimensions and count colours

Size and visible colors

Width, Height and Visible non-white colors fields
Fig. 5. Example: 75 mm wide, 100 mm high, and 2 visible non-white colours.

Width (mm) and Height (mm) are the finished logo dimensions in millimetres. Select a product template in section 3 before entering the colour count.

Count the colours you see. Leave out white.

In Visible non-white colors, enter the number of different logo colours other than white. For an all-white logo, enter 0. Do not count the garment colour or a transparent background.

How to count — examples

ExampleWhat to countEnter
Borussia DortmundBlack + yellow2
Bayern MunichRed + blue; white is excluded2
All-white logoNo colours other than white0
FC BarcelonaEvery distinct colour in the specific artwork, excluding whiteDepends on the version

These examples refer to the colour versions described. For a more complex crest such as FC Barcelona, check the specific artwork: distinct shades intended as separate print colours are counted separately. Count each colour once, even when it appears in several places.

The system adds production layers automatically

For the selected Blocker: 2 visible colours + White + Blocker + Clear = 5 production entries. Standard has two built-in layers: White and Clear. Do not add these layers to the visible colour count.

05

Assign the Pantone colours

Artwork colors

Section 5 expands the information from the previous step. Each non-white colour has its own Artwork color row. This example has two editable rows.

Artwork colors list with locked White, Blocker and Clear layers
Fig. 6. Two colours to select, plus the three fixed layers of the Blocker template.

What do the locked entries mean?

White is the white layer. Blocker reduces dye migration. Clear is a transparent binder layer that brings the print elements together and connects the printed layer to the printable or powdered hot-melt adhesive. These are production components, not additional visible logo colours.

Complete only the editable rows

Click Choose color beside Artwork color 1 and then each remaining colour. Do not edit entries marked Locked; they come from the selected template.

Find the correct Pantone reference

Choose supported Pantone color

Clicking Choose color opens the colour selector. Browse the palette or search by reference number or part of a colour name.

Pantone colour picker with a grid of swatches
Fig. 7. The initial palette shows 200 colours; more load as you scroll.

The portal version shown contains 2,135 Pantone colours. "200 color(s) shown" is the initial number displayed, not the size of the full library. Scroll down to load more.

Search results for 485 showing four Pantone colours
Fig. 8. Searching for 485 returns every reference containing those digits.

The search matches part of the reference. 485 returns 1485 C, 485 C, 7485 C and 4485 C. Select exactly 485 C when that is the required reference; a similar number is not the same colour. Repeat for each editable row.

Check your selected colours

Pantone is the production reference

Selected colours PANTONE 485 C and PANTONE 116 C
Fig. 9. Example with PANTONE 485 C and PANTONE 116 C. Use Change color to change a selection.

What does the HEX code mean?

The Pantone reference has an approximate preview code, such as #E4261B or #FFCC00. HEX is a hexadecimal notation for RGB components used to display colours on the web. It is not an ink formula or a substitute for a Pantone reference.

Do not choose a colour by its screen appearance alone

The preview is approximate. Its appearance depends on the monitor, its settings and calibration, and may differ from a physical swatch or print. The approved Pantone reference, not HEX, controls production. If a colour is missing, specify it in section 6 and request it through support@unipatch.shop.

The colour library is linked to a recipe library. Unipatch retains the same formula and ingredients for repeat production to support colour consistency.

06

Add notes and save the configuration

Comment for our team

Comment field and Save configuration button
Fig. 10. The comments field is optional. Clicking Save configuration is mandatory.

Use Additional information (optional) for details that the other fields do not cover: a particular version, additional categories, uncertainties, or a request to contact you before changing the artwork.

When a required Pantone colour is missing

You may temporarily select a nearby colour, but you must state the full required Pantone reference and the affected row in the comments. Also send the request to support@unipatch.shop. Unipatch will add the missing colour within 24 hours and correct the configuration while preparing the logo.

Example comment

Colour 1: required reference PANTONE [full reference]. I could not find it in the library. The selected colour is a temporary placeholder only. Please add the correct colour and update the configuration before sending it for approval.

Save configuration — mandatory step

Click Save configuration. This saves sections 1–6, creates a record in Unipatch's system and prepares storage for the files in the next step. Without this save, the configuration will not reach the team correctly. Saving is not the final submission: next, attach the files and click Submit new logo.

A temporary colour is not approval to use a substitute. Before approving the product, check that it has been replaced with the correct Pantone reference.

07

Attach the source artwork

Source artwork

Artwork upload area
Fig. 11. The artwork upload area and the final submission controls.

Save first, then add files

After clicking Save configuration, go to section 7 and choose Choose artwork files. Attach the files needed to prepare the logo you are submitting.

RuleLimit / guidance
File countUp to 20. There is no need to use the full allowance.
File sizeUp to 500 MiB per file, as shown in the form.
Accepted formatsAI, EPS, PDF, SVG, TIFF, PNG, JPG, ZIP, CDR.
Preferred qualityOriginal vector artwork: AI, EPS, PDF, CDR or SVG. Quality matters more than the number of attachments.

Saving a raster image as a PDF does not make it vector artwork. Send the best available source material; contact support@unipatch.shop if you are unsure whether a file is suitable.

Review the files and submit

Final check before submission

List of attached files and configuration summary before submission
Fig. 12. Example with two files attached, shown in the Polish interface. This is not yet confirmation that the full request has been submitted.

Check the file list and Configuration summary: product, colour count and dimensions. This example shows Blocker, 2 visible colours, 5 production entries and 75 x 100 mm. Remove an unwanted file with Remove.

Submit new logo — complete the request

Click Submit new logo. The files are linked to the submitted logo and the request is finalised. Wait for the receipt confirmation.

Discard product submission cancels the current request before final submission. It is not a production-order cancellation button. For a correction after submission, contact support@unipatch.shop.

Request received. What happens next?

Logo submitted successfully

Your logo artwork has been sent to our team.

Receipt is not product approval

The message confirms that the artwork has been submitted successfully. It does not mean that the product has already been prepared, approved or released to production.

StageWhat happens
1. PreparationUnipatch checks the specifications, prepares the artwork and product, and addresses your notes. This usually takes up to 24 hours; a high volume of requests may extend it to around 48 hours.
2. NotificationThe person who submitted the logo is notified when the product is ready to review.
3. ApprovalThe Unisport user checks dimensions, Pantone references, artwork, production method and the other published specifications. The logo can also be shared by email with the end customer for approval.
4. OrderingOnly after approval are on-demand ordering and forecasting enabled. Approving the artwork is not, by itself, an instruction to manufacture.

Approval establishes a shared reference for repeat orders. If you notice an error, report it before approving the product.

Checklist and support

Before you finish, check

  1. The name and existing reference number are correct.
  2. The product, category and dimensions in millimetres are correct.
  3. The visible colour count excludes white and the Pantone references match the artwork.
  4. Missing colours and other important instructions are recorded in the comments.
  5. Save configuration was clicked, the correct files were attached and Submit new logo was clicked.
  6. The confirmation message states that the request has been received.

Two contact channels

AddressWhen to use it

01

Zweck Ihrer Anfrage wählen

Choose what happens next

Auswahlbildschirm: Submit a new logo oder Ask for a quotation
Abb. 1. Zwei Wege im Bereich Logo. Submit a new logo ist ausgewählt.

Submit a new logo — die Bibliothek aufbauen

Ask for a quotation — sofortige Selbstbedienungs-Kalkulation

03

Standard oder Blocker wählen

Choose a product template

Zwei Karten: Standard print und Blocker print
Abb. 3.

Standard printOhne farbblockierende Schicht.

Schutz, keine bedingungslose Garantie

04

Maße eingeben und Farben zählen

Size and visible colors

Felder Width, Height und Visible non-white colors
Abb. 5.

So zählen Sie — Beispiele

BeispielWas gezählt wirdEingabe
Borussia DortmundSchwarz + Gelb2

Abb. 6.

Was bedeuten die gesperrten Einträge?

Choose supported Pantone color

Abb. 9. Beispiel mit PANTONE 485 C und PANTONE 116 C. Mit Change color ändern Sie eine Auswahl.

Was bedeutet der HEX-Code?

Comment for our team

Kommentarfeld und Schaltfläche Save configuration
Abb. 10.

Save configuration — verpflichtender Schritt

Unterstützte FormateAI, EPS, PDF, SVG, TIFF, PNG, JPG, ZIP, CDR.

Submit new logo — Anfrage abschließen

Klicken Sie auf Submit new logo.
